Pricing & Utilities Information
At Sunset Farm RV Park, we believe in simple pricing and easy billing for our tenants. Here is a breakdown of our pricing & utilities policy which applies to the entire park:
Leases are 1 year in length ranging from $5,200 to $6,500 (dependent on location and if you have a deck and/or roof).
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your lot, with the other 50% due at the time of bringing your RV onto the property.
Tenants pay park owners for their use of water and electricity.
